Flexibly. Fractional CTO work is usually an ongoing weekly commitment; strategy, transformation, and software projects can be scoped as fixed engagements. We'll fit the structure to your needs on a quick call.
Are you available for my project?

How is pricing structured?
It depends on scope — a retainer for fractional leadership, project-based for defined work. You'll get a clear estimate before anything starts. No surprise invoices.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I'm based in Chatham, NJ and work with clients remotely across time zones, with on-site time when it adds value.
